Designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for a big block marine engine.
Only 19 moving parts compared to over 150 in a standard marine big block or a dual overhead cam engine.
No timing chain, cams, lifters, push rods, intake valves, exhaust valves, valve springs, rocker arms, ect..
All of which are the most common failures in a properly tuned piston driven engine.
Low profile design that should clear most engine hatches.
